We offer the latest in online leasing technology that will make it easy for you to search for the right apartment from an array of floor plan and pricing options. You can conveniently sign your lease online from anywhere at any time.
With our flexible payment system, you will be able to pay rent online with a credit card, echeck, or via automatic debits from your checking or savings account. If none of these options work for you, you are welcome to pay by check or money order.
Our community portal allows you to sign your lease, pay rent, submit a service request, renew your lease and communicate with management at your convenience.

To achieve this goal, we offer our 48-Hour Maintenance Commitment!
As part of our commitment, JRK will complete all routine maintenance requests that are called in Monday through Friday during normal business hours within 48 hours. Routine requests submitted after 12:00 PM on Friday, or during the weekend, will be completed on the following Tuesday by the end of the day. Unfortunately, some non-routine maintenance requests can take more than 48 hours due to holidays or the need to obtain specialty parts or a vendor/contractor.

In order to maintain our 48-hour commitment, we require access to your apartment during normal business hours. Also, while we love our furry friends, all pets must be properly contained in order for us to complete the service request. If we’re late, please call or write us, and we’ll immediately address the issue to ensure the request is resolved.
Please note inclement weather, natural disasters, and other emergencies that affect residents and staff can result in temporary suspension of our 48-hour completion timeline. This information and policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
